Make sure the USB3.0 camera is plug into a USB3.0 port. This can be verified by check the link in device manager.
If the camera is confirmed to connect to a USB3.0 port, the most possible reason is the USB connection. Please reconnect the USB cable. When plug into the USB port, the insertion process should be as short as possible. Slow insertion process is one of the reasons why USB3.0 is recognized as a USB2.0 device. If this doesn’t help, please try to change the USB3.0 cable. Also non-standard 3rd party USB host controller from mainboard or non-standard external PCIE->USB3.0 card may cause this problem.
