How to diagnose the XCAM4K camera if there is no video output via USB and Network interface

XCAM4K series support multiple interface output, including HDMI, USB (based on UVC) and Network (include WiFi and GE (Gigabit Ethernet)). WiFi and GE interface cannot be used at the same time. Video could be output by HDMI, USB and Network interface at the same time. If the USB interface and Network interface is ready for video output, there will be tips in the upper left corner of the window as the following picture. For example, if USB connection is used to output the video, “USB Mode” tips should appear in the HDMI screen. If users could see the USB Mode in HDMI screen and cannot receive video by USB from computer, this means the camera is OK and please check the USB connection (including port or cable).
